Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit 2024

Scotland's demographic challenge is real - our ageing population demands a strategic approach to sustaining economic growth. Skilled migrants are vital, but the UK Government's high-wage visa thresholds make retaining talent increasingly difficult. Now, more than ever, it's crucial to invest in talent pipelines that will fortify Scotland's growth and resilience. ​But where challenges exist, so do opportunities. Building on the success of the Scottish Black Talent Summit in 2022 and 2023, the Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit and Festival (SEMTSF) 2024 is expanding into a 5-day event from 28 October to 2 November.
