You may register here for the STAC Summit Tokyo (15 September 2026) as:

  • End User from a Financial Firm in a technology or tech leadership role

End User from a Financial Firm includes capital markets firms such as banks, brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, ATS, and asset managers, or independent software vendors building platforms such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), Risk Management Systems, matching engines, or related trading applications. Financial Firms must be members of the STAC Community. If your firm is not yet a member, you can read the details at Observer Membership and sign up along with your registration below. This is for Financial Firms ONLY and does not apply to other types of registration.

Technology Vendors receive a limited number of tickets based on membership and/or sponsorship. Each registration is qualified at the time of registration. Once a firm’s number of tickets is exceeded, we will work with the firm’s Primary and Secondary Delegates to resolve. You can find their names by logging into your Dashboard on the STAC website.

You may register using a personal email for event notifications but must provide a corporate email address to qualify for attendance.

Your registration is confirmed once you receive your ticket via email.
