: Agorify session reservations let attendees book places in individual activities within an event. Organizers can manage session registration, capacity limits, waitlists and approval requests through the same platform. A confirmed reservation secures a place in that activity; it does not replace an event admission ticket.
: Use reservations for workshops, roundtables, breakout sessions and other activities in your event agenda. You can also use them for networking activities or VIP dinners. Choose the capacity and booking option that fits each activity.
: Yes. Set a capacity for each activity that needs a limited number of places. Attendees see when an activity is full. Where you enable a waitlist, they can join it instead of making a confirmed reservation.
: If a waitlist is enabled, attendees can join it and see their waitlisted status in the app. Joining the waitlist does not confirm a place. Attendees are notified if a place is reserved for them. Without a waitlist, the activity is shown as full.
: Yes. Choose open booking for attendees to reserve available places, approval requests for activities where you want to review participants, or invitation-only access for a selected group. A request awaiting approval is not a confirmed reservation.
: Yes. Before the activity starts, attendees can cancel a confirmed reservation, withdraw a pending request or leave a waitlist through the event app. Cancelling a confirmed reservation releases the place. These actions close when the activity starts.
: No. Saving an activity to a personal agenda does not reserve a place. For activities that require reservations, attendees must use the booking option and check that their reservation is confirmed.
